摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the low dose exposure conditions of chest DR in infants. Methods: 160 infants (0-2 years old) were prospectively selected from our hospital and were divided into four groups, including auto exposure control mode (200 mAs) and manual exposure control mode with different mAs, including 0.25, 0.32, 0.40 mAs. For each group we used 80 kV, 90 kV respectively. SID was 110 cm. Field of radiation were set as 22 cm×24 cm for 0-1 year-old group and 25 cm×30 cm for 1-2 year-old group. The image qualities were evaluated by double blind method, and the results were recorded by 3 doctors. Then the value of DAP and the number of ESD were analyzed and compared as well. Results: The image quality of manual exposure control mode with 0.25 mAs is a litter lower than that of the other groups, but there was no statistical significance(F=2.98,P>0.05). The value of DAP in manual exposure control (0.25, 0.32, 0.40 mAs) group dropped 55.95%, 45.83%, 17.85% in 0-1 year-old children among 80 kV group, in 1-2 years old young children it decreased 61.77%, 60.91%, 42.95%; among 90kV group: in 0-1 years old children it declined 36.18%, 43.21%, 6.03, and in 1-2 years old reduced 49.38%, 59.81%, 38.34%. There was statistical significance(F=44.825,P<0.05). T-test was applied in group 80 kV and 90 kV. The DAP in 90kV group is larger than that in 80kV group. There was statistical significance for 0-1 year-old infants(t=2.436,t=6.816,t=18.410,t=2.417) and for 1-2 years old group(t=5.499,t=26.140,t=4.651,t=1.916), (P<0.05).Conclusion: Manual exposure control mode with 0.25 or 0.32 mAs, 80 kV and appropriate exposure filed not only can obtain satisfactory images, but also reduce the radiation dose in chest radiography in infants.关键词
