64排螺旋CT血管成像对脑动脉瘤的诊断价值
The diagnostic value of 64-layer spiral CT angiography for cerebral aneurysm

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of 64-layer spiral CT angiography(CTA) in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms.Methods: 64-layer spiral CT angiography and digital substraction angiography(DSA) imaging findings of fifty-five cases were retrospectively analyzed, using DSA interpretation as the reference standard, and the imaging were comprehensively evaluated. The sensitivity, specificity, Youden index, likelihood ratio and Kappa value were calculated and the accuracy was estimated.Results: Forty-eight cerebral aneurysms were found in 47 cases CTA, and fifty cerebral aneurysms were found in 49 cases. The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of CTA were 100%, 95.8% and 96.3%.Conclusion: The 64-layer spiral CT angiography has characteristics of high specificity, sensitivity and accuracy for cerebral aneurysm. It is suitable for screening purposes and directing the treatment of cerebral aneurysm.关键词
