Abstract
To analyze the status quo of the basic-level food and drug supervisory administration and legal enforcement system with the background of the Greater Administrative Overhaul looming in China,particularly in Zhejiang,with the current round of food and drug administrative system reform and the consequent issues emerging in the organizational reform. By questionnaires,interviews,field investiga-tion and the summarization of all the investigative data and the literature review regarding the food and drug administration and en-forcement system in the recent years,especially on the findings and the diverse views,it is concluded that the status quo must be recognized with the adoption of the Greater Administrative Overhaul on the food and drug supervisory and legal enforcement in order to lay a solid foundation for the administrative reform and adjustment of the organizational structures of relevant authorities in the future.关键词
