Abstract
Objective To provide scientific basis for the local drug surveillance by surveying the quality of Chinese herbal medical and decoction pieces in Qingdao. Methods On-site inspection and test of Chinese herbal medical and decoction pieces were conducted in accordance with the quality standard in 2010-2014. According to the statistics of the survey data and results,the quality problems were summarized,the causes of the problems were analyzed,and effective measures for promoting the quality of Chinese herbal medical and decoction pieces were put forward. Results During 2010-2014,2 109 batches of Chinese herbal medical and decoction pieces had been tested. Among them,342 batches failed(16. 22%),with each year 18. 16%,20. 22%,14. 55%,15. 09%,13. 82% respectively. Conclusion In Qingdao,the overall quality status of Chinese herbal medical and decoction pieces is good. However,there are still some quality prololems that should be fixed. To fundamentally improve the quality of Chinese herbal medical and decoction pieces in Qing-dao,drug production,operation,usage and supervision should strictly be complied with ”Drug Administration Law”,GMP,GSP management and should vigorously promote and spend greater effort on the quality improvement and regulation of Chinese herbal medical material.关键词
