医院制剂基因表达式编程定价模型研究OACSTPCD
Pricing Model for Hospital Preparations by Gene Expression Programming
目的：探索新的药品定价方法，为制订和调整药品价格提供参考。方法调查医师和药师对医院制剂复方盐酸丁卡因凝胶和类似适应证的市售药品价值评价，利用基因表达式编程，建立不同评价指标和价格之间的关系模型，作为治疗口腔溃疡药品的定价模型，进一步使用此模型为复方盐酸丁卡因凝胶定价。结果将复方盐酸丁卡因凝胶各项指标得分代入基因表达式编程确定的价格模型，计算出复方盐酸丁卡因凝胶价格为5.24元/日。结论使用新方法建立的模型能更准确地体现药品价值，从而为医院制剂制订更合理的价格。
