摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for the content determination of buddleoside in Xiangju Capsules. Methods The chromatogram column was Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm);the mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-0. 5% glacial acetic acid by gradient elution and the detection wavelength was 334 nm;the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the injection volume was 10 μL,the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The buddleoside had good linear relationship with the peak area from the range of 4. 266 × 10-2-8. 532 × 10-1μg ( r=1. 000 0,n=7);the average recovery rate of buddleoside was 98. 90%,RSD=0. 54%( n=6). Conclusion The method is convenient,quick,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Xiangju Capsules.关键词
