摘要
Abstract
Objective To standardize the hospital's comments on prescriptions to improve the level of rational drug use. Methods Through comments on prescription,the existing or potential drug problem could be found and opinions could be put forward for rectifi-cation. Results The existing problems of comments on the prescriptions:prescription comment methods were too simple;pharmacists had limitations in reviewing the unreasonable prescription;prescription criteria were fuzzy;prescription review system was not perfect, etc. Conclusion The comments on prescription should start in various aspects of comprehensive workflow,increase pharmacists' efforts on prescription intervention,change the prescription comment process,perfect the computer system,further improve the system of cooments on prescription,establish long-term regulatory mechanism,to promote clinical rational drug use.关键词
