Abstract
Objective To analyze the current situation of pharmacy discipline in China and discuss the content and management ap-proaches of laboratory construction. Methods In retrospective analysis,the current situation of pharmacy departments was analyzed,the distribution of pharmacists and pharmacy staffs in Beijing as well as all over the country were investigated,the development of pharma-cist and the pharmaceutical were analyzed,and the construction model for pharmacy laboratory,such as requirements,organization struc-ture,stuff management,software and hardware management were summarized. Results The standardization of laboratory construction and scientist laboratory management needs standardization in three aspects of personnel,hardware and software combined with practical condi-tions. Conclusion To promote pharmacy discipline and to develop pharmacy need to change the domestic situation of emphasis on hardware,neglect of software,emphasis on technology,neglect of standards;to start pharmacy scientific research needs to construct phar-macy on integral planning and systematic managements.关键词
