Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of butylphthalide combined with antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction from September 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divid-ed into the control group and the treatment group,75 cases in each group. The control group received aspirin 100 mg/d plus clopido-grel 75 mg/d,on this basis the treatment group received intravenous butylphthalide 100 mL twice a day. The NIHSS score,total effec-tive rate,and adverse reaction were compared before and after the treatment between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the NIHSS scores between the two groups before treatment. After 14 d of treatment,there was significant reduction in the NIHSS score in both groups ( P < 0. 05). Meanwhile,the NIHSS score was lower in the treatment group than in the control group ( P < 0. 05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88. 00%,which was significantly higher than 72. 00% of the control group( P < 0. 05). There were no significant severe adverse reactions such as major bleeding in the two groups. Conclusion Butylph-thalide combined with antiplatelet drugs can improve neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
