摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of small-dose betaloc combined with Wenxin Granuels for treating premature ventricu-lar contractions in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods The clinical data of 300 cases of patients with coronary heart disease from June 2012 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,in which 150 cases receiving small dose betaloc treatment were taken as the control group,and 150 cases receiving small dose betaloc combined with Wenxin Granuels were taken as the treatment group. Changes in the symptom score and ECG were compare between the two groups before and after treatment,as well as the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group( P < 0. 05);the PR periods of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and the QRS duration and the QTc interval were significantly in-creased compared with before treatment,while the treatment group decreased or increased significantly better than the control group ( P < 0. 05). The effective rate of the treatment group was 94. 67%,which was significantly higher than 75. 33% of the control group( P < 0. 05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 3. 33% ,which was significantly lower than 22. 67% in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Small-dose betaloc combined with Wenxin Granuels in treating premature ventricular contractions in patients with coronary heart disease has significant efficacy and safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
