摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of chrysophanol in Laokou Pills. Methods Waters Sunfire C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used,the mobile phase was Methanol-0. 1% phosphoric solution(80 :20),the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 254 nm,the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results This method had good speci-ficity. The good linear relationship was found in the range of 0. 015 70-0. 784 85 μg,and the average recovery rate was 99. 54%, RSD=1. 48 ( n=6 ) . Conclusion This method has the advantages of simple operation,accurate results,and good reproducibility,can be used for the quality control of Laokou Pills.关键词
