摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the bacteriostatic effect of Tropicamide Eye Drops. Methods Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aerugi-nosa,Escherichia coli,Aspergillus and Candida albicans were used as test strains,the colony-count method validation was studied. According to the verified method,the microbiological method and various time-gap colony counting lg,compared with original value, were applied to evaluate bacteriostatic effects of Tropicamide Eye Drops for bacteria and fungus. Results The effect of bacteriostatic a-gent of pirenoxine ophthalmic solution was confoumable to the standard of Ch. P (2010),but was not confoumable to the standard of the general public draft 1121 of Ch. P(2015). Conclusion There are great differences for the estimate standard of preservatives-effec-tiveness between the Ch. P (2010) and the general public 1121 of Ch. P (2015),and the preservatives-effectiveness in part of the listed varieties do not meet the requirement of the latter.关键词
