摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of using different kinds of tortoise shell on the content of bovine-hide gelatin from glue of tortoise shell. Methods The UPLC-MS method was performed on the Zorbax C18 column (50 mm × 2. 1 mm,1. 8 μm),by a gradient elution using 0. 1% formic acid aqueous solution-0. 1% formic acid in acetonitrile as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 3 mL/min and at 40 ℃. Glue of tortoise shell were detected which were made from different kinds of tortoise shell. Results It was founded that the test results were positive which contained Trachemys scripta eleganns shell,while negative results were detected which were made by pure Chinemys reevesiis shell. Conclusion The method is simple,accucate,specific and high sensitivity which provided a basis for quality′s effective control of glue of tortoise shell.关键词
