Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of the classification management on the rational use of antibiotics in the hospi-tal. Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to before and after the implementation of the classification management. The average hospitalization expenses, the average antibacterial drug costs, antibacterial drugs expense ratio, antibacterial drug usage time, the usage condition of antibacterial drugs, antimicrobial drug kinds, oral agent/injection ratio, basic drug usage rate,as well as the DDDs of antibacterial drugs in the main departments and the frequency of usage were compared between the two groups;the ir-rational drug usage was analyzed. Results Compared with before implementation, the average hospitalization expenses, the average cost of antibacterial drugs, antibiotics cost ratio and antibiotic use days after implementation were significantly decreased ( P < 0. 05 ) ,the use of antimicrobial drug types, the combination rate were lower than before, and the application rate of oral and injection antibiotics as well as the use of basic drugs was significantly increased( P < 0. 05);after implementation, the antibiotic use density in the main departments significantly decreased, the DDDs of non-restricted antibacterial increased, the special use level of antimicrobial medication decreased, and the unreasonable use was significantly reduced( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The implementation of classification management can pro-mote the rational use of antimicrobial agents, control the frequency and intensity of their usage, and reduce the cost of treatment. During the implementation of the classification management, the information management and supervision system should be improved.关键词
