摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of narcotic analgesic drugs in cancer patients before and after the establishment of the standardized cancer pain treatment demonstration ward(hereinafter referred to as the cancer pain management ward). Methods The consumption amount and DDDs of narcotic analgesics in the inpatient during January to June in 2014 and January to June in 2015 collected from hospital information system were analyzed. Results Compared with the situation during January to June in 2014,the amount of application of narcotic analgesic drugs during January to June in 2014 was gradually increasing;The controlled-release oxy-codone turned out to be the preferred drug. Conclusion After the establishment of the pain management ward,the application of the narcotic analgesic drugs in treating the cancer pain is normalized.关键词
