摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between strengthening the quality of pharmacy management and the rational use of drugs. Methods The hospital began to strengthen the quality management of pharmacy in January 2015. Then the rational drug use rate throughout 2014 and 2015 before and after strengthening the quality of pharmacy management were compared. And at the same time, 100 patients were chosen as the research subjects before and after the pharmacy administration. Then the patients′ satisfaction rate and the incidence of medical disputes were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of rational drug use after strengthening the quality of pharmacy administration was 99. 10%,which had increased significantly compared with that before the strengthening( P <0. 01). Patients′ satisfaction rate in the observation group was 99. 00% and compared with 88. 00% in the control group,there was a significant increase ( P < 0. 01). The incidence rate of medical disputes has decreased significantly after strengthening the quality of pharmacy management(0. 05% vs 0. 60%,P < 0. 01). Conclusion Strengthening the quality of pharmacy management can effectively improve the rationality of clinical medication and improve patients′ satisfaction.关键词
