Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Duhuojisheng Decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy on lumbar disc herniation. Methods 112 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation from January 2013 to December 2013 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,56 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine treatment and nursing intervention,on the this basis,the control group was combined with rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group was added with Duhuojisheng Decoction on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment,the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared,the VAS scores were used to evaluate the degree of pain before and after treatment,and the prostaglandin ( PGE2 ) ,serum interleukin ( IL ) -1β,IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) levels were detected,the occurrence rates of adverse reactions were recorded. Results After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced compared with before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The serum PGE2,IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α levels of the two groups were significantly reduced,the and reduction in the observation group were greater than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The total effective rate of the observation group was 94. 64%,which was significantly higher than 76. 79% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Adverse reactions occurred in the treatment of two groups,so it couldn′t be cer-tain that the adverse reactions were related to Duhuojisheng Decoctine. Also,all adverse reactions were mild,and didn′t affect the treat-ment. The incidence rate of the adverse reactions in the two groups had no statistical difference ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Duhuojisheng Decoctine combined with rehabilitation therapy in treating lumbar disc herniation has good clinical efficacy,can significantly relieve pain with less adverse reaction. If combined with proper nursing,it can improve the patients′ compliance,ensure the smooth progress of treat-ment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
