摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of lactulose oral liquid combined with Xiaoerkang Granules in treating 4 years old children with functional constipation. Methods 80 cases of 4 years old children with functional constipation from December 2014 to December 2015 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with lactulose oral liquid,and the observation group was given lactulose oral liquid combined with Xiaoerkang Granules. After 4 weeks of treatment,the disease recurrence,loss of appetite,constipation anal fissure with symptoms are ob-served and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92. 50%,which was significant-ly higher than 67. 50% in the control group( P < 0. 05);the anorexia occurred rate was 7. 50%,difficulty in defecation occurred rate was 7. 50% and the disease relapse rate was 2. 50% in the observation group,which were significantly lower than 35. 00%,37. 50%and 27. 50% in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Lactulose oral liquid combined with Xiaoerkang Granules in treating 4 years old children with functional constipation has more obvious efficacy,can effectively improve children anorexia,difficulty in defecation associated symptoms,reduce the rate of recurrence of the disease and improve the quality of daily life.关键词
