Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of biofeedback based on defecation dynamics between in⁃ternal and external anal sphincter lower colorectal cancer resection. Methods One hundred cases following re⁃section of colorectal cancer among the selected lower anal external sphincter were randomly divided into two combination groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the biological observation group on the basis of the control was given group feedback therapy,and the changes of defecation dy⁃namics recorded were observed in two groups. Results After treatment, the experimental group anal mirror in⁃formation pressure and anal sphincter pressure were significantly higher than those of the control group, the ex⁃perimental group anal maximal contraction time was longer than that of the control group, with statistically sig⁃nificant differences (P<0.05).The experimental group colon resting pressure was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The test group initial sensory capacity threshold, the initial defecation capacity threshold and the maximum tolerance capacity were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.055).The experimental group colon anal con⁃traction reflex positive and colon anal contraction inhibition reflex positive were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The test group of balloon discharge test time was longer than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.055). The experi⁃mental group every day defecation times were less than those of the control group, the control time was longer than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Based on bio⁃feedback therapy on colorectal cancer with low internal and external anal sphincter resection, many dynamic pa⁃rameters can be significantly improved.关键词
