芪贞扶正固本汤联合化疗治疗术后非小细胞肺癌40例
The Effects of Qizhenfuzheng Medical Soup combined with the Chemotherapies on the Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients after Operation

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapies on treating non-small cell lung cancer after operation Methods Choosed 80 cases of clinically diagnosed pa⁃tients with non-small cell lung cancer after operation were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in control group received conventional chemotherapy after operation and supportive treatment, while the patients in treatment group received the same treatment in the control group and also Qizhenguben soup. We compared the difference on the symptoms, KPS scores, immune function of the patientst between the two groups before and af⁃ter continuously administrating two cycles. Follow-up of 3 years, record the tumor recurrence rates. Results After the treatments, the treatment group were better than the control group in the clinical symptoms, KPS scores and the immune function. Comparing the recurrence rate of 2 years and 3 years, the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Qizhenfuzheng soup combined with the chemotherapes could significantly improve the quality of life the patients after surgery, reduce the rate of tumor recurrence and prolong the disease-free survival period of patients.关键词
