地佐辛对腹腔镜胆囊切除术复苏期及术后疼痛的影响
Effects of Dezocine on Pain following Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and during Postoperative Recovery Period

Abstract
Objective To study the effects of Dezocine on pain in patients following laparoscopic cholecystectomy and during postoperative recovery pe⁃ riod. Methods All 120 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 cases in each group. Both groups of patients were given general anesthesia. About 30 minutes before the end of the operation, 0.1 mg/kg of intravenous dezocine injection were given to the obser⁃vation group while the same dose of saline was given to the control group. The recovery time and extubation time and VAS score were compared between two groups. Results As compared with the control group,the recovery time and extubation time were not significantly different(P>0.05). In the observation group VAS scores in anes⁃thesia recovery after 0.5 h, 1 h, 2 h and 4 h were respectively 2.91+0.52, 2.53+0.30, 1.91+0.29 and 1.54+0.37, which were lower than those in the control group [(4.61+0.61), (3.69+0.49), (3.02+0.41) and (2.81+0.38)], with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). In the observation group after wake up immediately and emer⁃gence of 10min, 20min, 30min, the restlessness scores were respectively 1.91+0.52, 1.62+0.49, 0.91+0.45 and 0.37+0.16, which were lower than those in the control group [(2.46+0.56), (2.15+0.44), (1.96+0.52) and (1.01+0.39)], with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). In the control group, 8 cases had adverse reactions with the incidence rate being 13.33%. In the observation group there were 2 cases with adverse reactions with the incidence rate being 3.33%. The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Preventive intravenous injection of Dezocine will not affect the anesthe⁃sial effect of peritoneoscopic gallbladder excision surgery but can effectively relieve postoperative pain,and im⁃prove the recovery of patients with agitation and adverse reactions.关键词
