Abstract
Multiphysics Analysis of a 20 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor for electric vehicle drives was analyzed based on Ansys Workbench. Normal vibration modals of the main vibrating structure-stator core and winding were analyzed by FEM. Combined with the electromagnetic force wave analysis, electromagnetic vibration/noise characteristic was estimated of the motor. Rotor centrifugal stress and deformation at high speed operation were simulated to position the dynamics weaknesses of the rotor structure. Influence on electromagnetic field is analyzed of that deformation of rotor exterior margin. Dynamic characteristic of technically required maximum speed was verified, and the maximum limited speed of the motor was predicted from the centrifugal stress view.关键词
