摘要

Abstract

In view of the problem that the motor’s output power can’t be measured directly and the motor’s operating efficiency was difficult to be obtained directly in the industrial field, an algorithm for efficiency monitoring based on double identification method was proposed. The initial identification was completed by a FFT analysis for acquired electrical signal. The estimated value of motor speed was gotten according to the measured input power. And the exact value of the speed was calculated by the second identification on the estimated value. The motor efficiency value was gotten finally. The algorithm was realized on the detection system for the motor efficiency based on the embedded sensor network, which could improve the efficiency of the motor efficiency measurement. The error of measured value and actual value is about 2% at high load stage, while the error was about 4% at low load stage showed by the experimental results, which provides a reference for the motors’ energy efficiency testing in engineering practice.
