摘要

Abstract

[ Objective] To discuss a novel lipase immobilized carrier. [ Method] Novel nanogels modified with oleic acid were synthesized and encapsulated on the surface of biochar, which was used firstly as a kind of vectors to immobilize enzyme such as lipase. [ Result] The catalytic activity and stability of the resulting immobilized lipase were improved adequately through activating the catalytic sites by oil/water interface effect, as well as immobilization approach using the swelling/deswelling properties of nanogels on biochar surfaces. [ Conclusion] The novel immobilized lipase provides materials for the research on enzyme immobilization technology.
