HPLC法检测光枝勾儿茶内芦丁和槲皮素方法的建立
Establishment of the Testing Method of Rutin and Quercetin in Berchemia polyphylla Wall. ex. Lawson with HPLC

Abstract
[Objective] The determination method of rutin and quercetin in Berchemia polyphylla Wall was established at same time. [Method] The contain of rutin and quercetin in Berchemia polyphylla Wall was tested with HPLC method, in which, the column was ZORBAX SB-C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm);the mobile phase of acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid solution;the detection wavelength, 360 nm;the flow rate, 1. 0 mL / min;the column temperature, 25℃ and the injection volume, 10μL. [Result] There was good linear relationship between the content of rutin and quercetin and the value of testing peak area when the contain of rutin and quercetinin was in the range of 0. 109~1. 090 and 0. 104-1. 040 μg respectively. Average recovery ratio of rutin was 98. 84% and RSD was 2. 34%; average recovery ratio of quercetin was 99. 65% and RSD 2. 51%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, accurate, high precision and good repeatability that could be used in the meas-urement of the Chinese medicine quality.关键词
