食品分析课程综合设计性实验教学的改革与实践

摘要
Abstract
The existing problems in traditional experiment teaching of food analysis were analyzed, it was found that traditional experiment teaching was mainly based on verification experiment, the training of students’ innovative ability was insufficient. Students in experimental class were lack of independent thinking and hands-on training opportunities, they can not finish the graduation thesis experiment independently. The neces-sity of carrying out comprehensive design experiment was discussed, and comprehensive design experimental teaching of food analysis was refromed from aspects of preparation work, specific operations, assessment ways. The practice showed that the teaching reform has a certain effect.关键词
