血清恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子及肝细胞生长因子水平对膀胱癌新生血管相关因子的影响
Effects of tumor specific growth fanctor and hepatocyte growth factor in serum on neovascularization factors in bladder cancer patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of tumor specific growth fanctor (TSGF)and hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) in serum on neovascularization factors in bladder cancer patients.Methods:91 cases of bladder cancer patients including grade Ⅰ 24 cases,30 cases of patients with grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ grade 26 cases,Ⅳ grade 1 1 patients were enrolled.TSGF and HGF,the vascular endothe-lium growth factor (VEGF),the basic fibroblast growth factor (b-FGF)and the angiopoietins-1 (Ang-1 )were detected.Results:TSGF and HGF in patients with grade Ⅱ compared with grade Ⅰ showed significantly higher level (P <0.05),TSGF and HGF of Ⅲ grade patients compared with gradeⅠ,Ⅱ grade were significantly higher (P <0.05),TSGF and HGF of Ⅳ grade compared with grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were significantly higher (P <0.05 ).VEGF in grade Ⅱ patients was significantly higher than that in grade Ⅰ (P <0.05 ), VEGF in stage Ⅲ patients compared with Ⅰ,Ⅱ significantly increased (P <0.05),b-FGF and Ang-1 compared with Ⅰ stage patients significantly increased (P <0.05),VEGF in stage Ⅳ compared with grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ showed significant difference (P <0.05),b-FGF and Ang-1 compared with grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ grade showed significant difference (P <0.05 ).TSGF with VEGF,b-FGF and Ang-1 showed significant positive correlation (P <0.05),HGF and VEGF showed significant positive correlation (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Elevated levels of HGF and TSGF is an important factor leading to bladder cancer progress,the process may be related to the elevated levels of neovasculization correlation factor.关键词
