输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石52例报告
The treatment of 52 cases of upper ureter calculi by flexible ureteroscope and holium laser lithotripsy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of flexible ureteroscope with holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy for upper ure-teral calculi.Methods:It was observed to evaluate the operative complications and stone clearance rate of 52 patients with upper ureter-al calculi by flexible ureteroscope with holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy.Results:5 1 patients were treated successfully by flexible uretero-scope with holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy.The stone clearance rate was;96.1 %.There is no severe operative complications.Conclu-sion:Flexible ureteroscope with holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy was safe and effective.It was the preferred replacement of ESWL which was ineffective to upper ureteral calculi.关键词
