秦巴地区产杜仲皮急性毒性实验的研究
The acute toxicity about eucommia ulmoides oliver from the area of Qin-ling-Daba Mountains
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Compare the acute toxicity of different components of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliver in Qinba Manountain Chain and to provide experimental data for safe use in clinal.Methods:Different components of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliver were admin-istrated to mice.The MTD of water extract and the LD50 of alcohol extract of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliver,Eucommia Ulmoides Oliver were tested by the classical methods of acute toxicity and the active state and weight change of mice were observed during the acute tox-icity test.Results:The MTD of water extract of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliver was 24 g·kg -1 .The LD50 (95% confidence interval)of alcohol extract of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliver were 54.5 1 (49.72 ~59.77)g /kg in mice.Mental fatigue,lassitude and convulsion were the main acute tixical symptoms.Conclusion:Comparing the different components in Eucommia Ulmoides Oliver of acute toxicity,the water extract is safer,and the alcohol extract has certain toxicity.关键词
