摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study and analyze the change state of bone metabolism and local microcirculation indexes of patients with limbs fracture.Methods:60 patients with limbs fracture in The People’s Hospital in Wansheng Economy and Techology Develop-ment District in Chongqing from January 2013 to June 2014 were the observation group,60 healthy persons with the same age at the same period were the control group,then the serum bone metabolism and bone healing indexes,local microcirculation indexes of obser-vation group before the treatment and at 1 st,2nd,4th,8th and 12th week after the treatment and control group were respectively ana-lyzed and compared.Results:The serum bone metabolism and bone healing indexes of observation group before the treatment and at 1 st,2nd,4th and 8th week after the treatment were all higher than those of control group and the local microcirculation indexes of obser-vation group before the treatment and at 1 st,2nd,4th,8th and 12th week after the treatment were all worse than those of control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The change of bone metabolism and local microcirculation indexes of patients with limbs fracture are large should be paid to targeted intervention according to the change.关键词
