摘要

Abstract

Drills for drilling PCB are processed from cemented carbide rods whose edge and surface are usually damaged during centerless grinding process. In order to avoid low defect detection efficiency and high false detec-tion rate by eye inspection,a defect detection system used for ultrafine cemented carbide rods inspection based on eddy-current sensor is developed,and circuits and related software are designed. Lift-off effect and boundary effect are experimentally studied on developed defects detection system,and experimental results show that detection sys-tem can inspect the defected cemented carbide rods effectively and improve detection accuracy rate.
