PdO纳米材料制备及室温甲醛气敏特性研究
Fabrication of PdO Nanoparticles for Formaldehyde Gas Sensing at Room Temperature

Abstract
This study prepares PdOnanoparticles with tetragonal lattice structure through hydrothermal method,us-ing PdCl2 as primary material and cetyl trimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)as dispersant. The PdO nanoparticles are investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM). To demonstrate the use of PdO materials,a chemical gas sensor has been fabricated and investigated in the static state distribution system. The re-sults show that,at room temperature,PdO nanoparticles exhibit good formaldehyde sensing properties. In 10 ppm formaldehyde,the response of the PdO gas sensor can achieve 3.90. And when the concentration of formaldehyde is 0.1×10-6,the response is 1.84.关键词
