摘要

Abstract

The artillery anti-recoil mechanism is the key component of the gun,and the property is important to gun battle force. According to the problem that in the artillery anti-recoil mechanism,the incorrect sair and liquid quan-tity in the counter-recoil mechanism is one of the most common failure,the fault diagnosis of artillery counter-recoil mechanism that the law of the pressure in the gun counter-recoil mechanism with time can be collected and trans-ferred and displayed real-time by using modern sensor technology and wireless transmission technology and SCM technology. The operational principle and structure composition and software design is introduced in paper,and fault mode and causes of artillery counter-recoil mechanism is analyzed based on the given the pressure curve by this test. The result showed that the research is simple and practical,it agrees with actual firing condition,and it can lay a solid foundation for the artillery anti-recoil mechanism fault diagnosis.
