摘要
Abstract
Under new normal state,to driven economic growth will mainly depend on the improvement of total factor productivity and the improvement of human resources quality. On the basis of the Solow residual method and Cobb Douglas production func-tion theory,empirical analysis of the contribution of technical factors in the Three Gorges reservoir area of economic growth,in clear reservoir technology development status,how to provide the necessary technical support for the sustainable development in the Three Gorges Reservoir area was discussed,around the Three Gorges reservoir area’s environmental protection and ecological construction,promotion of the coordination of new industries,high efficient ecological agriculture,modern service industry etc are discussed. Specific technical support measures to promote the Three Gorges reservoir area innovation,coordination,green and sustainable development are proposed.关键词
