摘要

Abstract

Innovation is the important guarantee to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,and en⁃terprise innovation ability is affected by multiple factors.According to Human capital theory,social exchange the⁃ory,and organizational learning theory,in this paper, we studied the relationship between human resources sys⁃tem,intellectual capital and innovation capability,and then put forward the corresponding theoretical model.On the basis of investigation, recycling questionnaire and statistical analysis of multiple enterprises in our country, we have concluded that human resources system practice has significant predictive influence on innovation abili⁃ty of the organization,and intellectual capital plays the intermediary role.Therefore,the enterprise builds hetero⁃geneous and suitable human resources system, which can improve technological innovation and management in⁃novation ability of the enterprise by enhancing intellectual capital.
