The article,through analysis on the present situation of technology transfer talents training work in Henan Province, put forward the technology transfer talents training planning and countermeasures and sug⁃gestions in our province, in order to accelerate cultivation of a high-quality, professional technology transfer staff team, provide strong support science and technology service industry development in our province, and pro⁃motecapitalization and industrialization of technological achievements.关键词
