Abstract
Under the background of highlighted environmental problems, the perfection of judicial reme⁃dies methods for environmental lawsuit has arisen public concern. In recent years, the power from a variety of ways makes many courts try to explore and establish the system of environmental injunction. This article aims to get positive explorations toward the problem by organizing and analyzing the practical experience on the system of environmental injunction.关键词
