Abstract
This paper studies the development strategy of scientific and technological type small and medi⁃um-sized enterprises based on risk investment. Firstly, it analyzes the influences of risk investment on the devel⁃opment of scientific and technological type small and medium-sized enterprises;secondly, it analyzes the cur⁃rent development situation of scientific and technological type SMEs in Henan Province. Finally, according to the development trend of scientific and technological type small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan Prov⁃ince, it proposes feasible countermeasures and suggestions. The study has found that the high-efficiency and practical application of scientific and technological type small and medium-sized enterprises on risk investment depends on the training of professional talents. This study has important practical guidance value for solving the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises, especially for speeding up the adjustment of industri⁃al structure and the transformation of development mode in Henan province.关键词
