A Pattern and Method of Optimized Power Utilization Based on Consumers’ Interaction Capability

Abstract
Present orderly power utilization is subjective and empirical in some extent, causing unfairness. To solve this problem, a pattern and method of optimized power utilization based on consumer interaction capability is proposed. According to load characteristics and power constraints, consumers are classified into four optimized types. Load characteristics and social performance of consumers are comprehensively considered with lexicographic method. This method helps to form optimized power utilization order list dynamically. There are lots of consumers in power grid, leading to a large-scale mixed integer linear programming (MILP) problem. An efficient method termed dynamic feasible region optimization is presented. In this algorithm, feasible region of power utilization is determined in an iterative manner. Based on case study of distribution network of an industrial park, simulation results demonstrate that the proposed pattern is able to efficiently formulate optimized power utilization plans and realize balanced and rational power utilization among consumers, thereby remedying power congestion in distribution network.关键词
