A New Algorithm of Median Lethal Concentration
摘要
Abstract
With the application of Thiele-type continued fraction interpolation method,this paper studied and estab-lished of a model of a simple dose-effect relationship of rational function with the experimental data of the toxicity of Bufo gargarizans tadpoles cultivated in the water solution of sodium fluoride as the case.The experiment was designed to acquire the expression of a dose-effect relationship between concentration and death in an effort to cal-culate median lethal concentration(LC50 )and draw the quantity-effect curve.In comparison with other algorithms, the outcome of LC50 with the application of the Thiele-type continued fraction interpolation was characterized as simple calculation and satisfactory approximation effect.关键词
