Progress on Extraction Methods of Heparin from Animal Organs
摘要
Abstract
Heparin is a family of natural compounds of acid mucopolysaccharide.It has a variety of physio-logical activities such as anti-clotting,preventing thrombosis,reducing blood fat and so on.It is a signifi-cant drug to prevent atherosclerosis and cerebrovascular disease.This paper summarized the chemistry and physical characters of heparin.It also made a literature review about clinical applications and research pro-gress on extracting heparin from animal organs by salt precipitation,enzymatic hydrolysis,enzymatic hy-drolysis combined techniques.关键词
