白藜芦醇对动物表观遗传学调控的作用机制
The Mechanism of Resveratrol in Epigenetics Regulation in Animals

Abstract
Resveratrol is a kind of non⁃flavonoid phenolic compounds, and is a kind of natural plant anti⁃toxin, which widely exists in many plants. Resveratrol has various bioactivities and pharmacological effects, such as antioxidant activity, anticancer activity, neuroprotective activity, cardioprotective capacity and anti⁃aging activ⁃ity. Recent studies indicated that these activities were largely accomplished by epigenetic modifications in the regulation of gene expression. In this paper, we summarized the main mechanism of epigenetic modification and the research progress of resveratrol in animals and humans gene DNA methylation, histone acetylation and miRNA. From the aspects of epigenetic modification, we reviewed the pathway of resveratrol in animals and humans.关键词
