Abstract
Objective: To discuss the immunohistochemical features of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL).Methods: A retrospective analysis of immunohistochemical results of 146 cases of mantle cell lymphoma was performed, one cyclin D1 negative case was detected t(11;14) translocation with FISH.Results:hTe positive rate in 146 cases were CD20: 98.6%; CD79a: 100%; CD5: 88.4%; Cyclin D1: 99.3%; PAX-5: 100%; CD43: 84%; Ki67 index: 5%~90%. CD10, Bcl6, CD23, CD56, CD3 and CD45RO were positive in rare case. IgH/CCND1 fusion gene was substantiated in one cyclin D1 negative case.Conclusion:hTere is the characteristic expression pattern of immunohistochemistry in mantle cell lymphoma, and the abnormal expression existed.关键词
