高渗盐-羟乙基淀粉40溶液对食管癌根治术患者心肺功能状态的影响

Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of hypertonic sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch 40 injection(HSH 40) on cardiac and pulmonary function state of patients with esophageal cancer underwent radical surgery.Methods:A total of 60 patients with esophageal cancer underwent radical surgery in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group according to the method of random number table,the control group were treated with conventional treatment,the observation group were treated with HSH 40 based on the treatment of control group,then the cardiac and pul-monary function indexes of two groups before the treatment and at different time after the treatment were compared.Results:The hemodynamic indexes,pulmonary circulation indexes,right heart function indexes and oxygenation indexes of two groups before the treatment had no obvious differences (P all>0.05),while the hemodynamic indexes,pulmonary circulation indexes, right heart function indexes and oxygenation indexes of observation group at different time after the treatment were all obvious-ly better than those of control group (P all<0.05 )showing significant differences.Conclusion:Hypertonic sodium chloride hydroxyethyl starch 40 injection shows great effects for the cardiac and pulmonary function state of patients with esophageal cancer who underwent radical surgery and it is good for patients.关键词
