单操作孔电视胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺结核的临床疗效研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical application value of uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (UVTAS)in treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients undergoing pulmonary lobectomy. Methods Clinical data of 90 pulmonary tuberculosis patients undergoing pulmonary lobectomy by UVTAS during January 2013 and June 2015 was retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into 45 patients undergoing UVATS( observation group)and 45 patients undergoing diplopore video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(control group). Perioperative clinical indexes,post-operative pain and incidence rate of postoperative complications were compared in two groups. Results There were no significant differences in perioperative clinical indexes in two groups(P ﹥ 0. 05). Postoperative pain score and total inci-dence rate of postoperative complications in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group( P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion Uniportal video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery is safe,effective and feasible in treatment of pulmo-nary tuberculosis patients undergoing pulmonary lobectomy.关键词
