摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical value of 64 layer spiral CT angiography and color Doppler ultra-sound in diagnosis of stenosis or occlusive diseases in lower extremity arteries. Methods Clinical data of 130 patients suspected as having stenosis or occlusive diseases in lower extremity arteries during May 2012 and June 2015 was respec-tively analyzed. Examination results of 64 layer spiral CT angiography and color Doppler ultrasound of all patients were al-so retrospectively analyzed. The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of two methods were observed. Results Values of sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy of 64 layer spiral CT angiography were significantly higher than those of color Doppler ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The 64 layer spiral CT angiography can be used in diagnosis of stenosis or occlusive diseases in lower extremity arteries.关键词
