透明质酸钠注射液联合塞来昔布胶囊对膝骨关节炎患者血清 IL-1β和 TNF-α水平的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe effect of Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Celecoxib Capsules on serum in-terleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)levels of patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and to ana-lyze its clinical significance. Methods Clinical data and curative effects of 60 KOA patients from January to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed,and the patients were divided into control group(n = 30)and study group(n = 30) according to therapeutic methods. All patients received Celecoxib Capsules,knee joint exercise and other routine treat-ments,and study group was injected with Sodium Hyaluronate at the same time,but all drug therapies such as analgesia and hormones were stopped during the treatment. Levels of serum IL-1β and TNF-α in two groups were detected using en-zyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA) before and after treatment,and KOA index of severity of osteoarthritis (ISOA)was used to score patients before and after treatment. Incidence rates of adverse reactions were observed and compared in two groups. Results After treatment,the ISOA score was significantly lower in study group than that in control group(P ﹤ 0. 01);levels of serum IL-1β and TNF-α were significantly lower than those before treatment in the study group(P ﹤ 0. 01);incidence rate of adverse reactions in study group was significantly lower than that in control group(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Sodium Hyaluronate combined with Celecoxib Capsules obviously has inhibiting effect on KOA inflammations,and can relieve patientˊs condition.关键词
