Model predictive control based on generalized projection neural network optimization
摘要
Abstract
In order to reduce the computational complexity of model predictive control of time-delayed systems,this paper presented a model predictive control optimization algorithm based on a generalized projection neural network by the characteris-tics of neural network dynamic equilibrium point corresponding the solution of optimization problem.Firstly,it described mod-el predictive control optimization problem as an quadratic programming problem with restraints,and furthermore it employed a generalized projection neural network to optimize this problem online.This method fully took the advantages of neural network in that it could solve problems in parallelly and distributedly with simple structure.The simulation example illustrates the ef-fectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.关键词
