摘要
Abstract
As to multi-criteria decision making problem where 2-dimension linguistic information was given by experts,this paper proposed a method based on evidence reasoning and VIKOR.First of all,based on the semantics of 2-dimension linguis-tic information and cognitive psychology of experts,this paper defined a function to transform 2-dimension linguistic informa-tion into belief structrue.Secondly,it put forward generalized belief structrue to overcome the inherent lack of belief structrue, and built a new distance between genernalized belief structrue according to the Pignistic probability distance between evi-dences.Ultimately,this paper transformed the 2-dimension linguistic decision matrixs of experts into belief decision matrixs, and used evidence reasoning method to aggregate the belief decision matrixs given by experts into a comprehensive belief deci-sion matrix,based on which it employed VIKOR method to rank the alternatives.An illustrative example and comparative a-nalysis indicates that the proposed method is effective,stable and can reduce the loss of decision information.关键词
