北京居民自行车出行意愿调查与发展对策
Residents′Bicycle Travel Willingness Survey and Development Policy in Beijing
摘要
Abstract
Based on the current status of bicycle transport development in Beijing, from the aspects of infrastructure, level of service, concept and public bicycle, the sample survey of bicycle travel willing⁃ness was carried out. By combining the qualitative and quantitative methods, the main existing problems of bicycle transport in Beijing were analyzed. Combined with the Integrated Transport Plan in Beijing, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions in the aspects of policy supporting, development plan, guarantee of right of road, management strengthening, public participation, public bicycle were pro⁃posed. The research results indicate that unclear positioning, unreasonable plan, imperfect infrastructure and environment pollution have become the significant barriers for the development of bicycle transport in Beijing. In the future, the concept of constructing green travel city should be centered on. Combined with fast development of public transport in Beijing, the target of bicycle should be clearly made in the integrated transport plan of Beijing, the jointly management mechanism should be formed within differ⁃ent authorities, more standards relating to bicycle should be made, more encouraging policy for bicycle development should be issued, the infrastructure construction should be sped up, bicycle traffic safety management and travel environment should be improved, more education and publicity toward to green travel should be done, green consume should be improved, and the role of bicycle transport should be im⁃proved greatly in the integrated urban transport system.关键词
